Belize City Mayor represents Belize at Caribbean Association of Local Government Authorities Conference

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Belize City Mayor, Bernard Wagner is representing Belize at the Caribbean Association of Local Government Authorities (CALGA) Conference 2023.

The conference is being held under the theme, “Empowering Caribbean Local Government for Sustainable Development.”

The conference is being hosted in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.

Mayor Wagner thanked President of CALGA, Alderman Anthony Roberts and Mayor Joel Martinez of Port of Spain for the gracious welcome and an enlightening opening session.

“It is always a pleasure for us to participate in initiatives like these which enable us to share ideas that will assist in advancing our municipality and enhancing the lives of our residents,” Mayor Wagner said.
