Police announce second suspect charged with murder of Sylvian Swift

By Aaron Humes: Today, Saturday, police formally arrested and charged Christopher Alexander Pitts, a 19-year-old Belizean labourer of a Belize City address, for the crime of murder.

He is charged jointly with Anthony Carballo for the murder of Sylvian Nigel Swift which occurred on Thursday, April 27.

Swift was shot by one of two men on a motorcycle while on Antelope Street; the shooters initially eluded a responding police officer.
