Acquiro Media seeks call center team lead with sales success and coaching experience

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Acquiro Media Belize is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join their team as a Call Center Team Lead.

The position involves coaching and motivating the outbound Sales Development Representative team to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, reviewing failed quality call audits, collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to ensure SDR success, and developing and maintaining strong working relationships across all departments within the organization.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a call center supervisory role, experience with MS Office, a customer-centric and collaborative mindset, and a demonstrated track record of sales success within a lead generation environment.

Training and facilitation experience, preferably in both an in-person and virtual setting, is also preferred.
