By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Placencia Sailing Club hosted the second Belize Sailing Association (BzSA) ranking regatta this past weekend. The weather was perfect for sailing, with clear skies and a steady 12-knot wind from the East Northeast, and it turned out to be a successful two-day event.
Sailors from Corozal, Caye Caulker, and Placencia competed in two classes, Optimist and ILCA 6, according to the Belize Sailing Association (BzSA).
