Convicted murderer David Cruz sentenced to 30 years to life in killing of Timroy Neal

By Aaron Humes: On Monday, High Court Judge Francis Cumberbatch sentenced David Cruz of Roaring Creek, Cayo District, to life imprisonment with a minimum of 30 years to serve before being eligible for parole in the murder of Timroy Neal in December of 2019.

As we reported in July of 2022, Cruz was convicted three years after Neal’s murder. He was prosecuted by Natasha Mohamed and defended by Anthony Sylvestre.
