Who will be our next San Ignacio and Santa Elena Queen of the Bay?

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: The San Ignacio and Santa Elena Town Council is encouraging Belizean young ladies between the ages of 18 to 26 to apply and participate in the annual Queen of the Bay pageant.

Candidates wishing to participate must have a high school diploma and hail from San Ignacio, Santa Elena or the surrounding villages.

First place winner will obtain a scholarship to Galen University and second place will receive a scholarship to Sacred Heart Junior College.

Deadline for applications is June 17, 2023.
