Santa Elena Primary congratulates former students; 2023 High School Valedictorians Naasson McDougall and Davina Sosa

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Santa Elena Primary has extended congratulations to former students, Naasson McDougall and Davina Sosa on excelling through their high school journey.

McDougall is the Valedictorian of the 2023 Graduating class of Mopan Technical High School and Sosa is the Valedictorian of the 2023 Graduating class of Sacred Heart College.

Notably, Sosa was Santa Elena Primary’s 2019 Valedictorian and a top performer of that year’s Primary School Examinations.

In 2021, Sosa was nominated for the academic excellence award at the Belize Youth Awards.

“We are incredibly proud of all that you have accomplished because your commitment and hard work have certainly paid off. Both of you are shining examples of tenacity, excellence, success, discipline, and leadership,” Santa Elena Primary expressed.

“We are confident that your dedication to success and your firm moral principles will lead you to achieve even greater milestones as you prepare to begin the next chapter of your life. Congratulations to you and your families,” the school added.
