Belize Audubon Society informs of closure of Victoria Peak Season 

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, the Belize Audubon Society (BAS) announced the closure of the Victoria Peak Season.

“We would like to extend a heartfelt Thank you to all the visitors who embarked on the unforgettable journey to Victoria Peak within the breathtaking Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary during the 2023 season. Your presence and support have made it truly remarkable,” BAS noted.

BAS is reflecting on all the memories created and experiences shared.

“The Victoria Peak Challenge has pushed boundaries and showcased the wonders of Belize’s natural beauty like never before.

We would like to express our gratitude to all the adventurous souls who captured stunning snapshots of their journey. Check out these awe-inspiring pictures taken by our wonderful visitors during the 2023 season,” BAS added.

The BAS says it is excited for the next season in 2024 when more people take on the challenge.
