Prime Minister hands over key to new home to Orange Walk resident

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, Prime Minister John Briceno and the Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing (MIDH) handed over the keys to a new home to Orange Walk resident, Cynthia Gonzalez.

Excitedly, Gonzalez cut the ribbon, turned the key   in the lock for her new home and took her first steps inside.

“Every delivery of a new home is affirmation that this low-income housing programme is empowering and truly a worthy investment. #PlanBelize building a better life for our people,” the Prime Minister noted.

The Government of Belize says that this pilot project is in line with Plan Belize objectives.
