By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Ministry of Blue Economy and Civil Aviation (MBECA) last Friday closed its Belize City offices to hold a team building workshop.

MBECA said on Monday that the workshop led by Jeanne Cattouse from Loving is Key was amazing.

“Our staff all came together to collaborate, communicate, and learn new skills to help us work more effectively as a team,” MBECA said.

“The exercises were instructive and lots of fun! We are grateful to Ms. Cattouse for her expert guidance and energy.”

MBECA said their team now feels more connected and are refreshed and ready to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the Ministry so they can provide better service.
