Teenager Trevor Thompson shot dead on his way home

By Aaron Humes: Police continue to investigate the murder of 18-year-old Trevor Thompson of Rivero Street in Belize City.

On Monday night after seven, Thompson was on bicycle riding down Fabers Road, having just bought from a Chinese shop in the area, when someone opened fire on him near Natasha Vegetable and Fruit Shop. He was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he died after seven-thirty.

Thompson’s body awaits a post-mortem examination as police investigations continue.
