Belize’s Ambassador to Taiwan, Dr. Candice Pitts promotes Belize’s participation at International Food Show in Taipei

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On June 8, 2023, Belize’s Ambassador to Taiwan, Dr. Candice Pitts promoted Belize’s participation in the 2023 Taipei International Food Show during an interview with Kelvin Chen from Taiwan News.

Traditionally, the Food Show attracts over 100,000 visitors.

This year, Belize will have on display Belizean marine products, such as lobsters and shrimps; Belizean condiments including hot sauces; a variety of products made from Belizean cacao and Belizean beverages.

“We invite all Taiwanese to stop at the Belize booth and learn more about the products Belize has to export to Taiwan,” Ambassador Pitts said.

The Food Show takes place at Nangang Exhibition Center Hall II, from June 14th to June 17th, 2023.
