Director and Project Officer of Ministry of Economic Development to participate in workshop in Taiwan

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On June 9, 2023, Taiwan’s Ambassador to Belize, Ambassador Lily Li-Wen Hsu met with Carlos Pol and Abelardo Mai, director and project officer of Ministry of Economic Development of Belize.

Pol and Mai will participate in the “Workshop on Green Supply Chains” in Taiwan at the invitation of TaiwanICDF.

Through the training program, they will learn more about Taiwan’s experiences in promoting the green supply chain and green manufacturing processes in the supply chain in Taiwanese industries, so as to create new commercial value.

The Embassy wishes Director Pol and Mai a safe journey and a fruitful learning experience in Taiwan.
