Body of murder witness Iran “Bosco” Jones found in Biscayne Village

By Breaking Belize News Staff: The body of missing man Iran “Bosco” Jones has been found.

Reports are that Jones’s body was found earlier today, in a shallow grave near Biscayne Village, around Mile 25 on the Philip Goldson Highway.

Jones had last been seen on Tuesday, June 13. Jones, a witness in an ongoing murder trial, was reportedly threatened while attending a court session, in front of a prosecutor.

Authorities say they reviewed surveillance footage that showed him getting into a black SUV but had no other leads.

Police had launched a search for him on the John Smith Link road last week but to no avail.

Investigations into his death are ongoing.
