Cayo Football Association to offer Football for Girls Summer Camp for girls 11-15

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Cayo Football Association is getting ready for its Football for Girls Summer Camp. 

According to the Cayo FA, the camp seeks to teach girls 11 to 15 the principles of the game. The camp will be held from July 3-6 (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday) at the Norman Broaster Stadium in San Ignacio. 

The sessions, which will run from 8:30 am to 10:00 am, will be conducted by Jasmin Armstrong who may be reached at 623-9488.

Armstrong is very much involved in football being goalkeeper of the Belize Women’s National Team and a top player in the National Amateur Women’s League. She recently coached the Cayo Westline team to the joint U15 Belmopan-Cayo championship.
