San Pedro resident wins $50,000 with lucky Scratch and Win ticket

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On June 23, 2023, a San Pedro resident won $50,000 with a lucky Scratch and Win ticket.

During an interview with News 5 Belize, the lucky winner said that he couldn’t believe that he won.

He said that he will discuss with his family to make good use of the winnings.

“I would like to thank Lucky Dollar Ltd. for the opportunity they’re giving to the Belizeans for this type of luck and to Island City Supermarket who sold me the ticket,” he said.

The winner said that he began purchasing Scratch and Win tickets about 6 months ago.
