By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Kevin Bernard Orange Walk Mundialito, organized by Wilson ‘Chato’ Perez of the New Horizon Club, continues Sunday with four games at the Louisiana Football Field.
San Lazaro’s Croatia open the weekend games against Black Water’s England at 1:00 pm.
The second match will feature Trinidad’s United States against Yo Creek’s Argentina at 2:15 pm.
Japan of San Estevan will then take on Chan Pine Ridge’s Mexico at 3:30 pm.
The day will close with Chunox’s Brazil challenging Louisiana’s Colombia at 4:45 pm.
Japan lead the tournament with ten points from three wins and a draw. Second place belongs to the United States with nine points. The Trinidad boys have won the three games they have played so far.
Croatia are third with five points. Next Argentina, Colombia, and Germany follow with four points each, Brazil have three, and England are yet to tally a point.
Hadid Torres of Team USA and Baltasar Vanegas of Team Mexico have scored six goals each.
