By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The National Agriculture and Trade Show grounds in Belmopan will host the Belize Beef Fest on Saturday, August 17, a grilling contest for chefs and cooks who want to showcase their skills and win prizes. And if you want to satisfy your tastebuds, the Belize Beef Fest will offer delicious foods for the family.

Teams of four will compete in the grilling contest, using beef, pork, or sheep cuts that will be supplied to them. They will have to impress the judges with their taste, presentation, and technique to win the grand prize.

If you think you have what it takes to be the Grill Master, sign up before August 4th, 2023, by calling the Belize Livestock Producers Association (BLPA) office at 672-5275. The registration fee is only $100 and it covers your grill station and meat selection.

Only the first 10 teams to register for each category (Beef, Pork, and Sheep) will be accepted, so hurry up and get your apron and grill ready for this hot event.
