Ministry of Infrastructure Development upgrades Columbia Road junction bridge in Toledo

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Columbia Road junction bridge in the Toledo District has been upgraded by the Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing (MIDH). The MIDH announced on Thursday that one of its crews was on site to carry out the improvement works. The bridge is part of the road network that connects several communities in the district.

“One of our teams in the South has completed the upgrading of the Columbia Road junction bridge, which was desperately in need of repairs,” the MIDH said in a social media post.

“Our job is to ensure that our people can move about the country safely, and we are committed to uplifting our rural communities which have been neglected for so long.”
