Ministry of Infrastructure Development works on drains in Trial Farm, Orange Walk District

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing (MIDH) keeps upgrading roads around the country. On Thursday, the MIDH reported that one of its crews has been working in Trial Farm in the Orange Walk District.

“Getting the work done in Trial Farm. We know how critical a role drains will play when the heavy rains come, so we [are] shaping and deepening and clearing them out to ensure proper flow,” the MIDH said in a social media post.

“We take this opportunity to ask residents to help us and help themselves by not throwing garbage in the drains or on the side of the road.”
