Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing complains about garbage thrown along San Estevan Road in Orange Walk

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing (MIDH) says people are throwing garbage off San Estevan Road in Orange Walk over and over.

“Last week we mobilized a team to clean up garbage dumped on the San Estevan Road,” the MIDH said in a social media post on Thursday.

“Today, the spot was full of garbage again. Truly, we have some very ‘special’ people living in Belize.”

The MIDH has reported on several instances of the illegal disposal of garbage along the country’s roads and highways.
