By Breaking Belize News Staff: From July 28th to 30th, the Hopkins Village Council will present the annual Hopkins Day celebration, marking the 86th anniversary of Hopkins Village. This year’s theme, “Hopkins at 86: Fostering Unity, Honoring Heritage, and Promoting Cultural Diversity,” encapsulates the spirit of the event. And, poised to add a refreshing twist to the festivities is Crown Beverages with their tantalizing Rumberry drinks at Ella’s Cool Spot.

Hopkins Day is a unique blend of cultural immersion and fun-filled activities. The opening ceremony, slated for 3:00 pm on July 28th, sets the stage for a memorable weekend. Over the three-day period, Crown Beverages’ booth at Ella’s Cool Spot will serve as a central attraction, offering attendees a taste of their popular Rumberry, a ready-to-drink alcoholic beverage that captures the essence of the Caribbean.

The festival finale on July 30th, also from 10 am to 9 pm, will be a culmination of cultural celebration, sports, and entertainment. Hosted by Gwen Nunez Gonzales and Terry G, the event will feature a volleyball marathon, football marathon, kids’ games, and various contests.
