Belize City man arraigned for theft of a cell phone

By Aaron Humes: 46-year-old Erron Logan of Tibruce Street, Belize City, is out on bail after being accused of stealing a cell phone.

Logan pleaded not guilty to the charge and since there were no objections to bail being granted to him, he was offered bail in the sum of $1,000 plus one surety of the same amount which he met.

Allegations are that on Friday, August 11, he dishonestly appropriated a Samsung AZ1S cell phone containing a chip valued $500, the property of Alexie Sanchez.

Logan returns to court on October 17, 2023.
