Man shot while socializing in a Corozal bar

By Breaking Belize News Staff: A Corozal man is recovering after being shot on Saturday night.

Just after 9 p.m., 24-year-old Adonais Rax was socializing at Aqui me Quedo Bar, in Corozal Town, when he heard a gunshot.

Rax, realizing he had been shot, went to the Corozal Community Hospital for treatment where he is listed in stable condition.

Police are investigating.
