Free haircuts today for students in Mahogany Heights

By Aaron Humes: All day today, the Mahogany Heights Village Council led by Chairman Jermaine Sanchez, in partnership with Creation Cuts Barbershop is offering free haircuts to children in the community straddling the Belize and Cayo District.

According to Chairman Sanchez, he wants the youngsters to “start the school year feeling good.” He notes that after recent bad headlines concerning the village, this is an opportunity to show growth and development.

The event continues through this evening at the village community center.
