By Breaking Belize News Staff: In the latest weather update for Belize, residents and visitors can expect intermittent cloudy conditions tonight and throughout the day. Isolated showers or occasional thunderstorms are on the horizon. Notably, northern and southern regions of Belize might experience a slight uptick in rain activities.
For those venturing into marine areas, winds will come from the East at speeds of 5-10 knots. The sea state is currently calm and is designated as ‘slight’, with waves expected to remain between 1 to 3 feet.
Temperature forecasts across various parts of Belize are as follows: Coastal areas will see daytime highs around 90 °F (32 °C) and nighttime lows of approximately 82 °F (28 °C). Inland regions will experience a warmer max of 95 °F (35 °C), cooling down to around 74 °F (23 °C) during the night. Meanwhile, temperatures in hilly areas will peak at 82 °F (28 °C) and will descend to about 68 °F (20 °C) at night.
Looking ahead, the forecast for Monday night and Tuesday remains consistent with isolated showers or occasional thunderstorms expected nationwide.
In terms of tidal timings, the early morning low tide is expected at 6:00 AM, with a mid-day high tide to come at 12:03 PM, and a late afternoon second low tide predicted for 5:51 PM. For celestial enthusiasts, the sun just rose at 5:41 AM and is set to go down at 5:52 PM, while the moon is anticipated to rise at 8:31 AM today.
