Special Envoy for the Development of Families and Children meet U.S. First Lady Jill Biden

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Belize’s Special Envoy for the Development of Families and Children, Rossana Briceño participated in a meeting of the Alliance of First Ladies of Latin America (ALMA) in New York City.

Briceño presented on the annual 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence and shared best practices.

During the gathering, Briceño interacted with Dr. Jill Biden, First Lady of the United States of America.

The Special Envoy also held a hybrid meeting with the Spouses of CARICOM Leaders Action Network (SCLAN) executive from New York as they attend events for the high-level week of the United Nations General Assembly.
