Pesticides Control Board hosts information fairs in observance of Pesticides Awareness Week

The Pesticides Control Board within the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Enterprise is hosting information fairs in Corozal, Punta Gorda, and San Ignacio.

The fairs are being held at the Corozal Town Park, Punta Gorda Central Park, and the Cayo Welcome Center.

The objective is to raise public awareness of responsible pesticides use and management and demonstrate best practices in pest management along with the risk mitigation benefits to be derived.
