Service sector grows by nearly nine percent for second quarter

By Aaron Humes: It was a good second quarter for the Government and providers of services in hotels and accommodation, arts, entertainment and recreation and BPOs and tour operators. 

Overnight tourist arrivals increased by about eight thousand in the quarter and cruise ship arrivals passed 180 thousand, up from 124 thousand last year.
