American Professional boxer Terence Crawford in country for Un-Belizeable Birthday!

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: The Belize Tourism Board (BTB) noted that American professional boxer and undisputed welterweight champion, Terence Crawford, is spending his birthday in Belize.

From jungle horseback riding, a Maya cooking class, fishing and snorkeling, to a Garifuna cultural experience, Terence is getting an immersive Belizean experience.

Crawford was invited to Belize by Minister, Tourism and Diaspora Relations Anthony Mahler and the Belize Tourism Board.

During his time here, Crawford will also meet with the Minister of Youth, Sports and Transport, Rodwell Ferguson, Minister of State in Public Utilities, Energy and Logistics, Gilroy Usher and sporting representatives including Director of the National Sports Council Iris Centeno, Deputy Director Marvin Ottley, President of the Belize Boxing Federation Moses Sulph, Javier Romero, President of the Belize Boxing Development Council, Belizean boxer Amir Rudon and  W.B.C. FECARBOX Silver Featherweight Champion, Eduardo “El Mecánico” Esquivel.
