BREAKING: Murder victim David Philips found beaten to death at housing site on John Smith Road

By Aaron Humes: The victim of what now appears to be a murder along the John Smith Link Road this morning has been identified as one David Phillips.

Phillips, from Belize City, was allegedly beaten to death with a cement block from reports at the scene but it is not clear when it happened, how it happened and if his body was dumped where it was found around 10 a.m.

Police investigations continue.
