By Breaking Belize News Staff: According to the National Meteorological Service, skies will be generally cloudy today. A few showers, periods of rain and thunderstorms will occur mostly offshore and over northern areas this morning. Activity will become isolated later this morning, then a few showers and isolated thunderstorms will redevelop over inland areas this afternoon and coastal areas tonight.
High temperatures will range from 89 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 94 degrees over inland areas and 81 degrees in the hills. Low temperatures tonight range from 78 degrees along the coast to 73 degrees inland and 68 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly to northeasterly at zero to 10 knots and sea conditions are running slight.
Tides will be high at 9:52 this morning and 9:54 tonight and low at 4:04 this afternoon. Sunset is at 5:42 this evening and sunrise on Saturday morning at 5:42.
On Saturday, a few showers or isolated thunderstorms will occur over inland areas during the afternoon and over the south during the nighttime.
