Murder charges issued in death of David Philips

By Aaron Humes: Police have announced charges of murder against Jerdene Eton Jorgenson and Lloyd Anthony Burgess jointly.

The two are accused of the murder of David Philips, known as “Goofy,” whose body was found at an unfinished house along the John Smith Link Road on Thursday morning.

Philips had sustained injuries to the head, apparently from a cement block.
