Minister of Tourism and BTB engage tourism stakeholders in destination visits

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, Minister of Tourism and Diaspora Relations, Anthony Mahler and representatives from the Belize Tourism Board (BTB) met with stakeholders in San Ignacio.

The platform provided an opportunity for tourism partners to share industry updates and gain insights into new and emerging tourism projects in the area.

These destination visits have been held in Orange Walk and Corozal and will be held in all Districts in an effort to remain abreast of the tourism situation.

Participants at today’s event included hoteliers, tour operators and tour guides.
