By Breaking Belize News Staff: A Honduaran national is out on $1,500 bail after being charged with aggravated assault with a machete.
Marvin Santamaria Bardalez, 45, appeared in court unrepresented and was read a single charge of aggravated assault. He pleaded not guilty and was offered bail in the sum of $1,500 plus one surety of the same, which he was able to meet.
He must stay away from the complainant and is not to interfere with any of the witnesses. His next court date is December 7.
