Ministry of Health and Wellness’ Healthy Lifestyle Caravan goes to Corozal

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On Friday, October 6, 2023, the Ministry of Health and Wellness’ Healthy Lifestyle Caravan was in the village of Progresso, Corozal.

Community members who attended the launch obtained information and health care and children were treated to fun, educational activities.

The Ministry thanked all health care workers from Corozal Community Hospital/Corozal Polyclinic II and all other partners who provided services.

The caravan is an initiative in collaboration with the Pan American Health Organization/ World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) Belize office.

The caravan will be making stops countrywide during the next two months increasing awareness of Non-Communicable Diseases.
