Belize City man accused of burglary of woman’s home

By Aaron Humes: Belize City man Josh Flowers is accused of burglarizing a woman’s home and is out on bail after being charged with burglary.

Flowers is alleged to have broken into the premises of Joycelyn Flowers on Buttonwood Bay Boulevard and stolen items valued at $2,500.

Appearing in court today he pleaded not guilty and was offered and met bail of $2,000 and a surety. He is not to interfere with or be in the presence of the complainant or her family or other prosecution witnesses; report to the nearest police station twice a week, not to move from his address on Consuelo Street and be on curfew between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. and must not be arrested or charged with any other offenses while on bail.

Flowers is due back in court on November 23.
