The Samsung Solve for Tomorrow Challenge is a global STEM innovation competition that encourages students between Form 1 and Form 6 to tackle emerging challenges and produce tangible innovative solutions to social issues.
This year, for the first time, the English-speaking countries of Belize and Barbados were invited to participate in the Challenge via the Latin America region.
Over 100 schools participated in this year’s challenge.
“It is commendable that we have made it to the top three on Belize’s first attempt at the Challenge.
Let’s congratulate our girls and wish them the best,” the Ministry of Education said.
