Police announce arrests of Christian Espat and Michael Brown; accused of murder of three-year-old girl, her father and family friend in San Pedro

By Aaron Humes: Tonight, Police have arrested and jointly charged Michael Brown and Christian Espat for murder, attempted murder and use of deadly means of harm.

The charges are reference the alleged murders of Delmar Rodriguez, Amarie Rodriguez, and Carlos Chi and alleged attempted murders of Jose Hernandez, Ivan Guerra and Randy Guerra.

Each man has been charged with three counts of Murder, three counts of Attempted Murder and three Counts Use of Deadly Means of Harm.

Espat turned himself in earlier today after publicly denying the charges, while Brown came in on Tuesday with attorney Leslie Hamilton.

The pair are accused of gunning down the Rodriguezes and Chi and injuring others as fallout from an apparent quarrel over found drugs.
