Belize Weather: Fair weather continues for holiday Monday

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Generally fair and mostly dry conditions continue according to the National Meteorological Service. Skies today will be sunny with a few cloudy spells and clear to partly cloudy tonight. Little or no rainfall expected and only isolated showers may develop tonight.

High temperatures peak at 85 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 90 degrees over inland areas and 77 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 76 degrees along the coast, 70 degrees inland a d 65 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly to southeasterly at five to 15 knots and sea state is slight to light chop.

Tides will be low at 10:20 this morning and 9:58 this evening and high at 4:46 this afternoon. The sun sets at 5:16 this evening and rises at exactly six a.m. Tuesday.

Fair conditions continue through Tuesday with only isolated showers or thunderstorms developing inland in the afternoon and mostly over the south at night.
