Posted: Saturday, November 25, 2023. 2:14 pm CST.

By Aaron Humes: 51-year-old David Morris Williams, a contractor/construction worker of Cotton Tree Village, Cayo District, was convicted of possession of utensils used for the consumption of controlled drugs.

On Wednesday, November 22, in Taylor’s Alley, he was found in possession of a black piece of metal pipe measuring 2 3/4 inches in length, made and adapted for smoking crack cocaine.

Williams has been previously convicted of this charge but his last appearance in court was almost 13 years ago. He is now employed and a father of two.

For these reasons the court fined him $300 and cost of court due by January 19, 2024, in default, 3 months’ imprisonment.
