Holy Redeemer wins National Sports Council’s National Primary Schools Girls Volleyball Championship for 3rd year in a row

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Belize District’s Holy Redeemer RC School won its third consecutive National Sports Council’s (NSC) National Primary Schools Girls Volleyball Championship in Dangriga on Friday, November 24.

Holy Redeemer defeated Little Flower Primary School 2-1 (25 -5, 14-25, 15-12) in the final at the Stann Creek Ecumenical High School Court.

Cayo’s Santa Elena Primary School won third place by overcoming Stann Creek’s San Juan Bosco Primary School (2-0) 25-22, 25-20.

Holy Redeemer advanced to the Final by defeating San Juan Bosco 2-1 (25-14, 19-25, 15-8) in the semifinals while Little Flower edged Santa Elena 2-1 (25-12, 15-25, 15-12 ).
