By Breaking Belize News Staff: Relatively moist and unstable conditions prevail per the National Meteorological Service as skies are forecast to be cloudy today with some showers or areas of rain and isolated thunderstorms across the country in the daytime and over northern and central areas mostly tonight.
High temperatures peak at 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 89 degrees in interior areas and 75 degrees in the hills. Corresponding low temperatures tonight will be 76 degrees along the coast, 72 inland and 66 in the hills.
Winds are easterly to northeasterly at 10 to 20 knots and sea state is light chop to choppy.
Tides will be high at 11:12 this morning and 10:06 tonight and low at 4:02 this afternoon. The sun sets at 5:16 this evening, rising at 6:05 Wednesday morning.
Conditions will be similar on Wednesday but shower activity is expected to gradually decrease late on Wednesday night.
