What does it take to be Las Terrazas’s Head Chef? The resort seeks an individual with a blend of creativity, strong leadership, and excellent organizational skills. A minimum of five years experience in a similar role, coupled with a culinary degree or equivalent experience, is required. Proficiency in English and a familiarity with both local and international cuisine trends are also important. Notably, only candidates with at least three years of experience in Caribbean or Central American resort settings will be considered.
