Trio charged for murder of Denver Montero given partial disclosure

By Breaking Belize News Staff: The trio charged for the murder of Denver Montero, an adult and two minors, were given partial disclosure in the case in court today as the matter was adjourned for January 8, 2024.

Tyrone Young, 35, and two minors, aged 16 and 17 appeared in court today where they were provided with 273 pages of partial disclosure in the case against them.

Montero was chopped to death in April during an armed robbery at Gracie Rock as he was swimming with a group of friends. Young was the first to be arraigned for the murder. The third person charged with the murder, one of the minors, was the last to be arraigned for the murder on Wednesday.
