By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts mostly cloudy skies with a few showers or periods of light rain as a cold front moves in. This is forecast to decrease on Sunday night.
Temperatures across most of the country peak at 78 degrees Fahrenheit and 68 degrees in the hills. Low temperatures tonight fall to 68 degrees along the coast, 62 degrees inland and 59 degrees in the hills.
Winds are westerly to northwesterl at 10 to 20 knots with higher gusts. Sea state is moderate; a small craft caution is in effect for gusty winds and locally rough seas.
Tides are high as of 6:54 this morning. A low tide follows at 10:29 this morning and a high tide at 5:16 this evening. The sun sets at five minutes to six and rises at 6:18 Monday morning.
Fair weather returns on Monday with showers expected to be isolated.
