Belize Weather: March starts like a lamb with fair weather

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Mainly fair weather continues countrywide. The National Meteorological Service forecasts continuing sunny weather with a few cloudy spells today, partly cloudy skies tonight and isolated showers.

High temperatures today reach 85 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 90 degrees over inland areas and 78 degrees in the hills. Tonight, temperatures fall to 79 degrees along the coast, 70 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills.

Winds will be easterly at 10 to 15 knots and sea state choppy.

Tides are low as of 7:05 this morning. A high tide follows at exactly 1 p.m. and a low at 8:32 this evening. The sun sets at a minute before six and rises at ten minutes past six Saturday morning.

Continued fair weather is expected through Saturday.
