Ministry of Education warns of Fake Instagram Profile purporting to be that of Minister Fonseca

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: The Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology issued a statement warning that the Instagram account with the username hon.francis_fonseca is not associated with  Minister Francis Fonseca in any way. 

The Ministry noted that official social media profiles of Minister Fonseca are followed by their social media profiles.

“We urge everyone to exercise caution against fraudulent activities on social media,” the Ministry said.
