Belize Weather: Warm and sunny conditions to continue

By Horace Palacio: Belizeans can expect another beautiful day with fair weather and mostly dry conditions expected throughout the country.

The forecast calls for sunny skies this morning, with some cloud cover developing by the evening. Any showers throughout the day are expected to be isolated and brief. Temperatures along the coast will reach highs of 88 °F (31 °C) with lows around 81 °F (27 °C). Inland regions will see warmer conditions, reaching highs near 95 °F (35 °C) and cooler nighttime lows of 72 °F (22 °C). Hill stations will be slightly cooler with highs of 78 °F (26 °C) and lows of 66 °F (19 °C).

Boaters and those heading to the cayes can expect easterly winds of 10-15 knots, resulting in choppy seas with waves of 3-5 feet.

Warm and dry conditions are predicted to continue into Wednesday and Wednesday night with minimal chances for rain.
