“Rest in Peace my colleague Hon. Mike Espat.  May your soul rise in glory.  You have served and you have lived a life. Join your love of your life in peace hermano,” Bernard said.

Minister Bernard, CEO and the Ministry also expressed sympathies to the family and friends of Minister of State in the Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Investment, Honorable Michael “Mike” Espat.
